Connecticut residents overwhelmingly support a publicly financed system
of campaign finance reform to reduce the influence of money on elected officials. The poll, which surveyed 400 residents across Connecticut from April 13-15, found that 75 percent of those polled support a legislative proposal that would create a publicly financed election fund for statewide candidates.
