The Connecticut State Elections Enforcement Commission published a survey on January 1, 2008 on "Projected Levels of Candidate Participation and Public Grant Distribution for the 2008 Citizens' Election Program & The Sufficiency of the Citizens' Election Fund " (pdf) predicting expenditures and expected candidate participation in 2008 when candidates for the state legislature will first have access to the Clean Elections system.
